Dear Richmond Stake Relief Society Sisters Leadership,

Richmond Stake is the Lead Host Stake for our 18 Stake, Multi-Stake Event, "Passport To Paris", and expecting 400+ people in attendance.

We are needing Relief Society Cooking Labor to prepare a dish and drop it off ready to Eat & Serve, to the Bering Building by 4:30 pm on Saturday, Feb 15th.  Please contact and communicate with your Relief Societies in your wards to arrange cooking assignments, pick up and delivery of items.

We will provide all supplies, ingredients, recipes, disposable containers, etc. in advance.

We will need people to come and Pick up items the week of Feb 9th - Feb 12th at location near the Galleria area (TBA).

For Drop off:  Sisters may want to group Items together and bulk deliver things for an efficient way of delivery.

Houston Metro Multi-Stake Regional Event Planning Advisory Committee,
Lead Event Planner & Coordinator for the "Passport To Paris" Metro Quarterly Activity/Dinner/Dance, a Conference size event.

The Stake scripture study and family history classes will resume again Tuesday, January 14th @ 10am and continue every Tuesday.  Scripture study class meets in the RS room and family history class meets in stake high council room.
